A yearly conference that rekindles the fires of revival in the global Church and propels the ministers of the gospel to prayer, effective ministry of the Word, biblical evangelism, and the making and nurture of disciples of Christ.
Vision
To bring together frontline pastors, evangelists, and other ministers from around the world to be rekindled, inspired, motivated, and refreshed in the Lord through prayer retreats, sharing of ministry experiences and effective strategies, and practical ministry context immersions.

Dr (Bishop) Chungsuk Kim
Presiding Bishop, The Korean Methodist Church
Bishop Chungsuk Kim became the Presiding Bishop of the Korean Methodist Church in October, 2024.
He started his tenure as the 6th Senior Pastor of Kwanglim Church in 2001. Under the 5th Senior Pastor, Bishop Sundo Kim, Kwanglim grew from 150 members in 1971 to over 90,000 members by 2001. Bishop Chungsuk Kim has led the sustained growth of Kwanglim since, with the ministry growing both within and outside Korea.
Bishop Kim and Kwanglim Church’s mission and vision since 2001 are summed up in the word LIGHT - Loving, Investing, Growing, Healing, and Transforming. With this mission and vision, Kwanglim under Bishop Kim continues to establish and grow ministry and holistic mission partnerships; and it is planting churches and mission centers in many countries around the world.
A graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (MDiv and DMin), Bishop Kim’s breadth and depth of ministry experience over many years span a wide spectrum. He became the 16th Bishop of the Southern Seoul Annual Conference of the Korean Methodist Church (KMC) in October 2020.
Among his many international commitments, he is a Visiting Professor of the United Graduate School of Theology of Yonsei University, Seoul, and a board member of Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.
On a typical Sunday, he may be found preaching in four worship services in the main sanctuary of the Kwanglim Church campus at Apgujeong, Seoul.

Bishop Jeff Greenway
Bishop overseeing the Heartland and North Carolina Conferences of the Global Methodist (GM) Church, and GM Church Development in Rwanda and Thailand.
Bishop Greenway was elected and consecrated as a bishop at the convening General Conference of the Global Methodist Church meeting in Costa Rica in September of 2024. He also serves as the conference superintendent of the Allegheny West Conference. Prior to becoming a bishop and conference superintendent, Jeff served as the lead pastor of the Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church near Columbus, OH, president of Asbury Theological Seminary, superintendent of the Pittsburgh East District of the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church, and as pastor of congregations in Butler and Erie, Pennsylvania.
Educated in business management, marketing and finance, Bishop Greenway is also a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (MDiv) and Wesley Theological Seminary (DMin). His pastoral and teaching ministry as well as leadership in the Church, theological education, and training and mentoring of ministers spans a period of over four decades. As bishop his rich ministry continues, and we are blessed to have him as a keynote speaker, mentor, and leader at iCRED 2025.
Jeff's approach to ministry is one of team building. He believes in the New Testament concept of the church being the Body of Christ, and that every member of the Body has a distinctive role and function in ministry. In the local church, his leadership has been committed to helping everyone become a believer in Jesus and finding his/her distinctive passion, gifts, and style so that they will be able to serve where God has intended for them to serve.
Jeff is also passionate about Biblical preaching and discipleship. is committed to leading the church to become all that God has intended and equipped it to be. He uses his spirituals gifts of leadership, administration, preaching, teaching, and wisdom to lay out a vision for our future.

Rev Dr Philip R. Meadows
Sundo Kim Professor of Evangelism, Asbury Theological Seminary. Co-founder and International Director of the Inspire Movement.
Dr Meadows brings a unique combination of theological depth, excellent scholarship, practical ministry vision and experience, and rich knowledge and insights in 21st century ministry tooling in the age of artificial intelligence.
Prior to his current tenure as the Sundo Kim Professor of Evangelism at Asbury Theological Seminary, Phil was engaged in scholarship and practical ministry both in the USA and the UK. He was Lecturer in Theology and Religious Studies at Westminster College (Oxford, UK), Professor of Evangelism and Wesleyan Studies at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary (Chicago, USA), Director of Postgraduate Studies and Lecturer in Missiology and Wesley Studies at Cliff College (Derbyshire, UK), and Senior Research Fellow at Nazarene Theological College (Manchester, UK). While remaining engaged in his work of scholarship and theological education, he continues his practical ministry work, particularly through the Inspire Movement he co-founded. Unusual for a theologian and minister, Phil also has a research degree in artificial intelligence and continues to create software tools that are made available to ministry practitioners through the Inspire Movement.
We are blessed to have Dr Meadows as an iCRED keynote speaker and ministry mentor for participants.

Rev Dr Dong Chan Park
Senior Pastor, Ilsang Kwanglim Church
Rev Dr Park is the the Senior Pastor of Ilsang Kwanglim Church. It is a church plant of Kwanglim Church, and is located in Ilsan, a satellite city of Seoul.
Prior to his current role, Dr Park served as the Administrative Pastor of Kwanglim Church under Bishop Sundo Kim for over a decade. He is a leader who has served in many roles in the Korean Church, and is currently Chairman of Global Theological Seminary in Laos, Chairman of Refugee Division of Korea World Mission Association (KWMA), and Chairman of 'Sky Dream School', a school for North Korean defector youth.
In addition to his ongoing pastoral ministry, Dr Park is also a visiting professor at Methodist Theological University and Hoseo University United Graduate School of Theology. His teaching on practical and effective discipleship and sustained church growth will be a blessing. A visit to Ilsan Kwanglim Church is also part of the iCRED program.

Pastor in charge of Pastoral Mission Support Office, Overseas Missions, Publications, Seminars, and Pastoral Support at Kwanglim Church. He has been a leader in these fields for well over a decade at Kwanglim.
He holds a B.Th and ThM from the Methodist Theilogical University in Seoul, and Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary.
Pastor Kwon's focus at the iCRED will be on effective discipleship. He will also share his experiences and insights on how to develop and maintain effective partnerships in mission work.
Rev Yongsik Jeong
Kwanglim Church 7th Missionary District Pastor, and Judah Tribe Praise Team Leader at Kwanglim.
He is a B.Th and ThM graduate of Methodist Theological University and Graduate School.
He will be leading our sessions on effective pastoral ministry at iCRED, drawing from years of experience and practice at Kwanglim. His sessions will prepare us for practical engagement with pastoral visitation and small group minstry at Kwanglim.

Conference Program (2024)
The first three and half days would conist of plenary sessions and workshops at the Kwanglim Seminar House. Visiting and Local Korean Pastors and Ministers would reside and conference together.
The second part of the program would consist of a reflective retreat at the Kwanglim Prayer Mountain and practical ministry engagement with Korean churches in Seoul.

Costs
For participants from western countries (primarily USA)
- Non-Refundable Registration: $149
This fee covers the cost of some materials we will be providing you as you prepare for the conference, and also during the conference. It also helps us offset some of the costs of organizing the conference. - Typical travel from the US is $1,500 to $2,000 per person, depending on starting city of travel.
- Accommodation and travel within Seoul would be covered by our host church. You would not need to book your own accommodation nor pay for travel within Seoul during the Conference. However, you would need to book your own flight to Seoul and back. Please see the Travel section for more details.
Visa Requirements
United States and United Kingdom citizens (travellers on US and UK passports) do not require a visa for stays of up to 90 days in South Korea.
If you are not on a US or UK passport, please check with the South Korean embassy or consulate in your country for visa requirements.
If a visa is required, the conference hosts will provide a letter of invitation to support your visa application. Please email us at icred@vinechurchnet.com to request this letter of invitation.
Travel
Once registered, US travellers would be given details of a travel agency to call to book their flights.
Our travel agents would be able to get optimal flight costs from and to each participant's city of travel origin. They will ensure arrivals and departures are coordinated to facilitate logistics and transport for pickup and drop off at the Incheon Airport in Seoul.
